All tours with Whale Shark Guarantee: If you don’t see a Whale Shark you will be able to go on the next available tour for free. If you can’t utilise this option because you have to leave Exmouth, you will be issued a free tour voucher which is valid during the current Whale Shark season or longer.
We have created some great value packages for you to choose from. The Standard Package is for guests arriving with their own transport. The Complete Package is designed for guests arriving by plane or without a car and includes car hire and beach combo. All packages can be customised to your individual requirements.

Whale Shark Packages are subject to availability. Prices shown are valid outside school holidays and peak season dates. Higher rates apply within these times. Please enquire.
Payment: The guest accepts to be charged the full price of the package and that this amount is NOT refundable in event of cancellation.

Restriction of Changes:
- The name of guests staying can be changed up to 3 days prior of arrival, any additional cost (additional tour costs or car hire fees) caused by this change need to be paid at time of change. No refunds will be given for any lesser tour amounts.
- The booking may be transferred to other dates within the season – subject to availability and approval of management
Any changes need to be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office.
Cancellation: Full payment is NOT refundable in the event of cancellation or change.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a different cancellation policy in the event of cyclones, flooding or road closures. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation policy insurance.
Cancellations must be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office .

(**) Car hire for small compact car with A/C, manual transmission, incl. free 100km/day (additional km at AU$0.30), standard damage access: AU$3,850, reduction to AU$385 available for AU$25.30/day (not available for drivers between 21-24 years), full drivers license and credit card required on pick-up of vehicle, under-age surcharge of AU$30.50/day for drivers between 21-24 years, drivers under 21 years not permitted.
