CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible rates

Payment: To confirm a booking we require the first night tariff as a non refundable deposit / room. Balance of accommodation is payable at check-out.

We accept Visa & MasterCard & American Express WITHOUT fees or surcharge!

Restriction on Changes:
* The booking dates can be changed up to 3 days prior of arrival, subject to availability (Please note that during peak season it is very likely that we are fully occupied and it is not possible for us to accept your date change.)
* Any changes to the booking within 3 days of arrival are not permitted and forfeit all monies within our 72 hour cancellation time frame.

Any changes need to be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office.

Cancellation:
As a small property, our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times.

- For cancellations outside of 3 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
- For cancellations within 3 days of arrival all nightly tariffs within the 72 hour cancellation time frame will be forfeited.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a different cancellation policy in the event of cyclones, flooding or road closures. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation policy insurance.

Cancellations must be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office.

NO CANCEL / NO CHANGE Deals

Payment: To be eligible for these heavy discounted tariffs the guest accepts to be charged the full price of stay upfront and that this amount is not refundable in the event of any change of dates or cancellation.

Any changes to the original booking are NOT permitted.

Cancellation:
Full payment is NOT refundable in the event of cancellation or change.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a different cancellation policy in the event of cyclones, flooding or road closures. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation policy insurance.

Cancellations must be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office.

PACKAGE DEALS

Payment: The guest accepts to be charged the full price of the package and that this amount is NOT refundable in event of cancellation.

We accept Visa & MasterCard & American Express WITHOUT fees or surcharge!

Restriction of Changes:
- The name of guests staying can be changed up to 3 days prior of arrival, any additional cost (additional tour costs or car hire fees) caused by this change need to be paid at time of change. No refunds will be given for any lesser tour amounts.
- The booking may be transferred to other dates within the season – subject to availability and approval of management

Any changes need to be advised in writing ( e-mail or fax ) and will take effect from the date they are received in our office.

Cancellation:
Full payment is NOT refundable in the event of cancellation or change.
